Register with us as a New Patient

You are eligible to register if you live in our Practice area which covers parts of Eastcote, Ruislip & Pinner. We do have a registration boundary & unfortunately we cannot register you if your address falls outside this catchment. This map below shows our current practice boundary.

Anyone, regardless of nationality and residential status may register and consult with a GP without charge. Therefore, all asylum seekers and refugees, overseas visitors, students, people on work visas and those who are homeless, whether lawfully in the UK or not, are eligible to register with a GP practice even if those visitors are not eligible for secondary care. (We understand that some of the above patients may not have access to the documents listed below but you still have the right to register.)

Under the terms of their primary medical services contracts, GP practices cannot refuse an application to join its list of NHS patients on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

The Practice can refuse an application to join a practice list if the patient lives outside the Practice boundary or the practice has other reasonable grounds. If you live in the catchment area & wish to register with the Practice, please come to reception from Monday -Friday with your NHS card, & an original PLUS photocopy of your passport and one of the following documents if you have them:

  • Up to date utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Tenancy agreement
  • A solicitors letter regarding a property purchase
  • Employment / DWP letter

If you cannot produce any of the above documents at all we can still register you. Please note that it will take approximately 2 working days for your registration to be processed and you will need to be registered onto our computer system prior to making an appointment. As it often takes time for records to be forwarded from your former practice, all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.

Please make an appointment for a new-patient check with a GP if you are taking regular medication.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
