The practice welcomes any comments and suggestions you may have about the services we provide. We also like to know when we are getting things right. Such feedback helps us to make sure our service is continuously improving.

If you have a concern about the service we offer please do not hesitate to speak to our staff who will do their best to help you. If you would prefer to speak to someone outside of the practice you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) by telephone from 9am-5 pm, Monday to Friday on 01895 488 500 or by email at pals@hillingdon.nhs.uk.
